  • Dec. 4, 2023: Taaresh's work on the large-eddy simulations of plasma-assisted ignition in static and flowing mixtures to examine the effects of discharge pulse frequency on ignition, and Surya's work on the CFD simulations to capture intricate details of the resulting oblique detonation wave (ODW) stabilization process, have been featured as breakthroughs in plasma technology and clean & high-speed combustion systems, respectively, by Aerospace America’s 2023 Year in Review.
